The contract pertains to the procurement of a single push switch with NSN 5930-01-311-7287 under solicitation SPE7M8-26-T-5396, requiring delivery within 20 days of award. All supplies must comply with DLA’s Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with revisions effective on the solicitation issue date or award date depending on acquisition size, and any amendments superseding prior versions. The use of Class I ozone-depleting substances is strictly prohibited in design, manufacturing, or cleaning processes unless explicitly approved in writing by the contracting officer, and this prohibition supersedes any conflicting specification but does not reduce performance expectations. Mercury or mercury-containing compounds are banned from direct contact with the hardware except for functional applications in batteries, fluorescent lights, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or NAVSEA-specified reagents; portable fluorescent lamps and instruments containing mercury must be shockproof and include a secondary containment barrier per SPE7M8-26-T-5396 and NAVSEA 5100-003D. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated, and critical, major, and minor attributes must be verified at levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Technical data referenced is incomplete, requiring the supplier to ensure full compliance with both cited specifications and the part-numbered item. The solicitation requires complete data packages for both approved and alternate parts, with no existing data provided, and the primary point of contact is Dondiego Boler at the Department of Defense’s Electrical Devices Division.
