Engineer's Estimate: $65,000.00 Project Description: The CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, temporary facilities, and construction expertise necessary to complete the work for the Operations South Storage Concrete Pad. The work includes saw cutting and demolishing approximately 200 linear feet by 13’ 7” of existing asphalt pavement at the District's Operations Center and constructing a reinforced concrete storage pad within the limits of the removed pavement. The CONTRACTOR shall perform all work necessary to deliver a complete and functional installation, including, but not limited to, site preparation, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, reinforcement placement, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and restoration of affected areas. The District property is located at 1802 75th Street SW, Everett, Washington, in Snohomish County, Washington. Contractors must be currently on the District’s Small Works Roster category “Concrete Construction” prior to bidding.
