Sycamore & Polk Run CCTV Camera Install for MSD

The City of Cincinnati Department of Sewers is soliciting bids for the installation of pre-purchased CCTV cameras, cabinets, and cabling at the Sycamore and Polk Run Waste Water Treatment Plants. The scope of work includes the installation of 23 MSD-provided Axis cameras, specifically models P1468 and M5525-E, which must be mounted in an inverted position with the dome pointing down. All onsite work must be completed within 210 days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best responsive bidder based on compliance with specifications and the bidder's qualifications and experience, in accordance with Cincinnati Municipal Code Chapter 321-37. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City's Vendor Self Service portal by November 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET. Submissions must include a completed Volume 2 PDF containing the Bid Surety and Signature Form, the MSD SBE Goal Compliance Plan, and MSDGC Form 147, as well as a separate Volume 3 Excel pricing document. Financial requirements include a bid bond of at least 10 percent of the total bid amount and a performance surety equal to 100 percent of the contract value. Additionally, contractors must adhere to State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates, provide a written safety plan, and maintain required public liability and workers' compensation insurance.
