Symonds Elementary Outdoor Pavilion

School Administration Unit 29 for the Keene School District is soliciting a general contractor for the construction of an EnWood 30 x 44 Raleigh Shelter outdoor pavilion at Symonds Elementary School in Keene, New Hampshire. The project involves the installation of a pre-purchased kit and requires the contractor to secure all necessary city permits, install a concrete foundation consisting of a footer and slab, and erect the structure according to sealed EnWood prints. Additional site requirements include the installation of a two-foot stone drip edge on the downward side of the structure to prevent rainwater splashing.
