Synopsis Circuit Breaker Overhaul

Synopsis: December 02, 2015 The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee, Washington, awarded purchase order R15PX01218 on a sole source basis, to Abb Inc., Cary, NC. The Bureau of Reclamation had a requirement for three circuit breaker overhauls to be performed at the Grand Coulee Power Office. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
