Solicitation # W912CH-26-R-0001
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting qualified sources to establish Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) under the Basic Ordering Agreement Sustainment Track (BOAST) program. This on-ramp opportunity, identified as solicitation W912CH-26-R-0001, is designed to expedite the acquisition of Class IX supplies, including repair parts, components, and assemblies for Army equipment across various subclasses such as air, tactical vehicles, electronics, and weapons. To qualify for a BOA, applicants must pass several gates, including active registration in SAM.gov, acceptance of all applicable clauses, and a clean debarment status. The government intends to establish agreements with all qualified vendors. Future orders will be awarded based on price, lowest price technically acceptable, or a best value tradeoff process. All payment requests must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. The solicitation has undergone several administrative amendments to align with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul and has extended the closing date for proposal submissions to April 3, 2031.
