Pursuant to FAR 5.201, this announcement is a synopsis of the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal's, (ACC-DTA's) requirement to provide the Combat Capabilities Development Command Ground Vehicle Systems Center (CCDC GVSC) continued direct technical and engineering support services to programs managed, integrated, engineered, and developed by GVSC. ACC-DTA intends to award a modification to the existing contract, W56HZV-17-C-0062, with DCS Corporation, CAGE code 1P418, increasing the contract ceiling and extending the existing option's period of performance by six months, as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, while the Government conducts necessarily activities preparing for future requirements. This is not a request for proposal, nor is it a request seeking offerors to be placed on a solicitation mailing list.
