This action is being conducted under NAICS code 339113 for Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with delivery scheduled for May 11, 2016, to Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio. All correspondence regarding this solicitation must be directed to Contract Specialist Kelsie Cooley and include the specific subject line Medtronic System to ensure delivery through security filters.
