This procurement was restricted to DRS Network & Imaging Systems, LLC (CAGE: 32865). This modification was for the acquisition and continuation of Systems Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment Systems Technical Support (SSTS) services, including Software Integration Lab (SIL) for efforts required to manage and update all on-vehicle components (e.g. Power, Diagnostics, and Optics hardware and software systems) that are source-controlled to DRS, in support of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS), the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) System, and Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) managed by Project Manager Mounted Armored Vehicles (PM MAV). This modification award extends the current option availability period from a three-year contract to a five-year contract, adds 193,020 Completion or Level-of-Effort (LOE) hours, and adds AMPV and MLRS requirements to the contract. The Justification and Approval (J&A) permitting Other than Full and Open Competition was approved on 30 MAR 2020. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Additionally, subcontracting opportunities may exist with the prime contractor. A redacted J&A will be posted within two weeks of this award posting.
