The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) <https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately September 10, 2026. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firm listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
