The contract involves the production of 32,500 pamphlets sized 9-1/2 by 10-3/4 inches, each consisting of 16 pages printed entirely on 80-lb Eggshell White Mohawk Superfine Ultra Cover or an equivalent cover stock. Post-production requirements include shrink-wrapping the pamphlets in bundles of 25, packing them into cartons for shipment to approximately 60 locations, and including a single-sided black-inked cover letter printed on 60-lb White Offset paper (8-1/2 by 11 inches) in each carton. All shipping costs are borne by the contractor. Since formal specifications are not yet available, interested bidders must request and obtain a complete bid package by faxing a letter on their letterhead to the provided number; this package is mandatory prior to submitting a quotation.
