T -- Navy Plastic Bags

The contract calls for the production and delivery of 525,000 plastic bags measuring 16-7/8 by 14 inches with a 2-1/2 inch gusset at the bottom. These bags must be constructed from glossy, 1-1/2 mil double wall polyethylene, featuring a white inner wall and a clear outer wall printed with PMS-281 blue. Each bag should be equipped with a matching dark blue bridge-style handle with a 9-3/4 inch base. The printing must be on the clear outer wall, and a CD containing design files will be provided. Prior to full production, samples must be submitted and approved. The bags are to be packed in bundles of 25 and delivered at the bidder’s expense to Millington, Tennessee.
