AI Contract Overview

The US Army is conducting market research to identify a single supplier capable of manufacturing and supplying T700 Series Engines, engine module assemblies, engine control units, and shipping and storage containers for H-60 and H-64 aircraft. The selected provider must ensure all components meet Airworthiness Release criteria for seamless integration into production helicopters without requiring modifications to existing hardware, software, or logistics systems. Because the government does not possess a Technical Data Package for these engines, the supplier must demonstrate full lifecycle support capabilities, including technical data availability, system safety, and engineering support. The government intends to award a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with an anticipated period of performance from January 2025 through December 2029. Interested sources must provide detailed company information, evidence of aircraft qualification, and proof that their engines are equivalent in fit, form, and function to current T700-GE configurations. Responses must also detail the supplier's ability to perform engine-level testing and comply with Army Critical Safety Item programs and quality standards such as AS 9100.
