Transport Canada’s - Innovation Centre’s (TC-IC’s) Clean Marine program seeks to conduct testing of Zero Emission Propulsion Systems (ZEPS). All projects must be completed by March 31, 2029 with a proposed contract start date on or after May 11, 2026. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.
