Tallwood High School Fire Alarm Replacement: Refer to Bid Documents for Scope of Work. Drawings and Specifications may be seen at the following locations: A&E Reprographics www.aereprographics.com ; Beacon Bids www.beaconbid.com ; Builders and Contractors Exchange www.bceva.com ; ConstructConnect www.constructconnect.com ; Dodge Construction Network www.construction.com ; iSQFT www.app.isqft.com ; Valley Construction News (BIDOnline) www.vcnonline.com ; and at the office of the Architect, Dills Architects, 1432 N. Great Neck Road, Suite 204, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. Additionally, bidding documents will be available 9-13-26. Physical copies of drawings and specifications may be obtained from Dills Architects with a deposit check made out to Dills Architects in the amount of $150.00 per set. A minimum shipping and handling fee of $25.00 per set will be charged for those contractors who wish to have their sets mailed. Cash deposits will not be accepted. No partial sets will be distributed. Upon returning bid documents to Dills architects, postage paid, in good condition, free from markings, within ten calendar days after the date of receipt of bids, full deposit will be returned. Documents returned damaged, incomplete or marked up shall be discarded and the deposit used to purchase new documents for the use on the project.
