PROJECT TITLE: TARC BLD 1- ROOF REPAIR
PROJECT LOCATION: ARLINGTON, VA
THIS IS A COMPLETE TEAR-OFF AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A NEW, WATERTIGHT, AND ENERGY-EFFICIENT ROOF SYSTEM THAT COMPLIES WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE AND LOCAL BUILDING CODES.
THE MAJORITY OF THE WORK WILL CONSIST OF ROOF SYSTEM REMOVAL, DRAIN AND PENETRATION REPLACEMENT, ROOF SYSTEM INSTALLATION, SHEET METAL AND FLASHING INSTALLATION, AND ANCILLARY WORK PER THE SCOPE OF WORK.
