This is a Firm FixedPrice Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will be awarded as an 8(a) sole-source requirement in accordance with FAR 19.8, 13 CFR 124, and the statutory authroity of 15 U.S.C 637 (a). This acquisition is exempt from the competition requirements of FAR Part 6. The intended sole source awardee is:
