The NRC is modernizing its CRM and case management capabilities to consolidate existing applications into a single, secure, and scalable enterprise solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This modernization requires advanced architectural expertise to design, integrate, and govern multiple environments and to ensure the solution supports NRC’s evolving business requirements, including multi-tenant operations. Only TBIPS SA Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 at the time of bid closing, in all required categories in this solicitation and in Remote/Virtual Access Region within Canada under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. LOCATION OF WORK: Remote work is permitted, subject to NRC IT security approvals. On site presence may be required for workshops and key milestones at NRC Ottawa Office – 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, ON. Canada will not accept travel and living expenses that may need to be incurred by the Contractor for any relocation of resources required to satisfy its contractual obligations.
