The objective of this supply arrangement is to proactively establish a procurement vehicle through which the NRC can obtain the services of qualified, frequently needed project delivery resources on an “as and when needed” basis in response to demand to execute IM/IT related projects. Typical projects that consultants may be assigned to include, but will not be limited to: • Implementation of standard or research IT for new buildings or major renovations of existing real property; • Implementation of on-site high-performance computing capabilities; • Service or business process re-engineering and subsequent implementation; • Development of business, information, data, application, technical, application, and/or security strategies, architectures, and roadmaps. • Implementation of projects identified in any of the above roadmaps. • Design and implementation of cloud service offerings for delivery of internal or external services; • Design and development of custom applications or portals using traditional or low-code platforms; and • Support of project intake review and authorization processes.
