AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 21, 2022 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Infrastructure Canada (INFC) for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. Only Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 at the time of bid closing, in all required resource categories in this solicitation and in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The full Request for Proposal (RFP) and attachments can only be accessed and downloaded when logged into your SAP Ariba account and you have filled out your Government of Canada profile.
