The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission, acting on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia, is soliciting Construction Management at Risk services for Project No. TCSG-443. The project involves the renovation of Building C at the Chattahoochee Technical College Bartow County campus in Acworth, Georgia. The scope of work includes approximately 28,300 square feet of renovations to the Industrial Maintenance and Diesel Equipment Technology Labs, along with the addition of 1,866 square feet of new space.
