Description of the Requirement: DFO-CCG requires the professional services of a senior Professional Engineer, an intermediate Professional Engineer, and a Junior Risk Management Specialist to develop a prioritization framework and associated documentation, including a Decision Support Tool, Report, Presentation Decks, and Communications / Engagement Plans. The framework will integrate techniques from priority threat management, structured decision-making, and analytical disciplines. Security No security requirement, escort required at DFO site (s).
