To fully realize ICLN objectives, the Program Office requires sustained technical support that: - Strengthens operational and technical linkages between federal laboratory networks and state/local public health, environmental, food, agricultural, and veterinary laboratories. - Provides subject matter expertise (SME) across matrices (human, animal, food, environmental, plant) and threat classes (biological, chemical, radiological, and other relevant hazards). - Supports requirements development, standards harmonization, exercises, training, methods and quality systems alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
