Atlanta Technical College (ATL) is seeking to purchase a TecQuipment H408 Fluid Friction Apparatus for the Civil Engineering Program. No substitutions will be considered or accepted for this purchase. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the requested equipment.
