To supply VIA Rail Canada with the goods and/or services Supply of Electronic and Electrical Goods as detailed in the costing sheets. Any alternative parts must be submitted under separate cover.
The order that may result from this Invitation to Tender shall be for a term of THREE (3) years with option to extend it for two (2) additional ONE (1) year periods.
These quantities are forecasts only and should not be interpreted as a firm commitment on VIA’s part. Release Authorizations will be issued by VIA’s four (4) maintenance centers (i.e. MONTREAL, TORONTO, WINNIPEG and VANCOUVER).
Pricing is to be F.O.B your plant.
