The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations for restriping and layout modification of one existing tennis court at Flood Park to establish two (2) recreational pickleball courts overlaying the existing tennis court footprint, utilizing the tennis net as the central dividing line between courts. The scope includes removal of existing pickleball striping within the affected area, with the option for the contractor to either retain existing tennis striping or remove and reinstall tennis lines as necessary to achieve a clean and coherent layout. New pickleball striping shall be installed to create two side-by-side courts in a shared tennis court configuration consistent with USA Pickleball recreational overlay standards. Work shall include full surface preparation, protection and restoration of the court surface as needed during striping removal, and repair of any resulting damage to ensure a uniform, safe, and fully playable finished surface.
