The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office Hawaii is seeking termite treatment and fumigation services for subterranean and dry-wood termites across multiple buildings on Oahu installations, primarily at Schofield Barracks, under solicitation W912CN-26-Q-A011. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation issued under FAR Part 12 for commercial services and is exclusively set aside for small businesses, requiring all vendors to be registered in the System for Award Management with verified small business status. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price requirements contract with one base year and four option years, extending potential performance through June 2031. Offerors must provide comprehensive pricing for line items covering installations of termite colony elimination systems on both soft and hard surfaces, bait and monitoring services, chemical ground treatments, and tent fumigations using Vikane, with all prices including labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and overhead. Technical proposals must demonstrate that all personnel hold valid Hawaii State Pest Control Board licenses and meet EPA certification requirements, and vendors must submit a Quality Control Plan within 30 days of award, aligned with the Performance Requirements Summary and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
