This announcement constitutes the only publication. Solicitation number M6700114Q00028 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72, effective 01 January 2013 and DFARS Policy Notice (DPN) 20131231. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 541380. This requirement is being procured utilizing FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
