Testing and Inspection of Fire Extinguishers, Fire Rated Doors and Panic Hardware, USAG Italy DMC Livorno, Italy This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to issue a single-award, non-personal service contract on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed services under the authority FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Contracts awarded under FAR 13 are not subject to FAR 15.3 procedures.
