Set-Aside: Full and Open Competition. This Special Notice is issued in accordance with RFO 5.201, 5.204, and RFO Subpart 5.1 and serves as the official Presolicitation Notice for the upcoming TETRAS III requirement The purpose of this notice is to provide potential Offerors the opportunity to review the information and draft attachments associated with the upcoming source selection to facilitate industry engagement and maximize the quality of future proposals. Anticipated Solicitation date: 27 Oct 26.
