Full Description

The Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting, intends to modify contract W91247-08-P-0103, on a sole source basis with Republic Services of North Carolina to provide Transport of Refuse services at Fort Bragg, North Caroli na for a two (2) month performance period extension only, 1 April 2008 through 31 May 2008. This requirement requires the contractor to furnish all labor and equipment to prepare for removal, transport, and dispose of approximately 2,000 tons monthly of M unicipal Solid Waste from Fort Bragg, NC. Award of this two (2) month requirement will be made under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
