This project involves the installation of power supply, control systems and associated infrastructure for two production water wells within Metro Vancouver’s Capilano Watershed. The work includes: 1. Provision and installation of power supply and control system components including but not limited to: VFDs, SCADA sensors, outdoor control kiosk enclosure, control panel, concrete pad, disconnect switches, network switches, junction boxes, well pump power connections, power supply and telecommunication cables & conduits, and sump pumps. 2. Electrical duct bank and conduit runs including trenching, excavation, and backfilling. 3. SCADA and control programming and integration. The Contractor will be responsible for all labour, equipment, transportation, logistics, and coordination with Metro Vancouver and other contractors on-site. The Contractor must perform and complete all work by September 30, 2026. This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. Security Requirement: There is no security associated with this requirement.
