The National Performance Management Research Data Set (NPMRDS) and Technical and Data Sharing Capacity Support

This contract is to gain access to travel time data covering all National Highway System for all days throughout a calendar year, including passenger, freight vehicles, and composite fleet for usage in Transportation Performance Management (TPM) by the US DOT, state departments of transportation, local metropolitan planning organizations, and other entities that have TPM responsibilities and duties. Deliverables and responsibilities include ensuring the timely availability of quality travel time data, an adequate data processing system, a robust data delivery system, and providing experienced technical support to entities to utilize the data for TPM purposes.
