The Project is a tentative subdivision map for a 143-lot single-family development of 48.6 acres of vacant land. The Project would include infrastructure improvements, site grading, and the construction of internal residential streets, sidewalks, stormwater drainage facilities, utility connections, street lighting, landscaping, and dedication of a 2.1-acre park site and trail easements. Off-site roads would be constructed to provide access to the Project from Oasis Road to the north and Gold Hills Drive to the southwest as well as to connect two non-contiguous portions of the Project across neighboring land. Development would be limited near greenways and stream corridors.
