The Pearl Public School District is soliciting sealed bids for the sale of surplus portable classrooms, conducted under Mississippi Code 1972, Sections 31-7-13 and the Office of the State Auditor’s Purchase Law Summary effective July 1, 2024. The sale is for one double-wide 28x60 double classroom equipped with two restrooms and heating and cooling systems, classified under Product Category 15550 as Buildings & Structures, Office Buildings. All property is sold strictly "as-is, where-is" with no warranties, guarantees, or representations made by the district, and bidders are responsible for inspecting the condition prior to submitting a bid. The only inspection opportunity was on June 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. by appointment through Larry Nichols. Bids must be sealed, clearly labeled as Bid No. 307: Surplus Property Bid - Portable Classrooms, and delivered by 10:00 a.m. on June 8, 2026, to Paige Bromen at 3375 Hwy 80E, Pearl, MS 39208.
