This is a Combined Synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L1226Q0043.

This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations 2026-01. This solicitation is under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620 ¿ Environmental Consulting Services, with no set-aside.
