NOTICE TO BIDDERS     Sealed bids will be accepted by the Assumption Parish Police Jury for the following service:   THE REMOVAL, CLEAN-UP AND DISPOSAL OF JUNK, (WOOD, TIN, TREE BRANCHES, TIRES, ETC.) ON PREDETERMINED SITE(S)   LOT across from 131A Marshall Lane, Napoleonville, LA 70391     Sealed bids will be accepted until Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.  Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered.  Bids may be submitted via Certified or Registered Mail with Return Receipt Requested to P.O. Box 520, Napoleonville, LA 70390 or hand delivered to the Assumption Parsh Police Jury Administrative Office, 4813 Highway 1, Napoleonville, LA 70390.  Sealed bids may also be submitted via the Assumption Parish Police Jury website (www.assumptionla.com).   Bids to be opened at 2:00 p.m. on the same day in the Assumption Parish Police Jury Administrative Office.  Specifications and Contract for the above are available and can be picked up at the Police Jury Administrative Office at 4813 Highway 1, Napoleonville, LA.   Contractor shall be licensed by the Louisiana State Contractors Licensing Board for Rigging, House Moving, Wrecking and Dismantling.   Contractor’s license number must appear on the face of the sealed envelope containing his/hers bid.   Bids must be submitted on contract document.   Signed:   Jeff Naquin, President     Ext. 2T        8/4/2026                               8/11/2026
