Instructional Materials and Classroom Teaching Supplies, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Equipment and ServicesThe Mesquite Independent School District is seeking proposals to establish contracts for a variety of instructional materials, classroom teaching supplies, Career and Technical Education (CTE) equipment, and related services. Since different campuses have unique needs, vendors are requested to submit pricing and discounts based on their catalogs or price lists, along with an hourly not-to-exceed rate for labor if applicable. Multiple vendors may be awarded contracts incrementally throughout the solicitation period as responses are received and evaluated. This ongoing acceptance process encourages vendors to submit their proposals as soon as possible. The contract term begins upon award and runs through June 30 of the award year, with the possibility of annual renewals by mutual agreement, not extending past May 31, 2031. The district may use federal funds for these procurements, requiring all submissions to comply with applicable federal procurement regulations. Awards will be made based on the criteria specified in the solicitation, and vendors can expect the district to make selections periodically during the open submission window ending May 31, 2031.
