Upon internal review, it was discovered that the template format used for this solicitation (Combo) was not adjusted to reflect "Other than full and open" which is what was described on the J&A as the acquisition strategy for this product. As such, we amend this solicitation to reflect "Other than full and open" not total small business set-aside. The solicitation response due date has been extended to 7 September 2018 at 10:00 am Eastern. "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."
