The DHS US Coast Guard intends to award a sole-source purchase order using the procedures at FAR 12.102(a). It has been deemed that only one source, CMLabs USA Inc., is available to meet this specific requirement due to their status as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with exclusive proprietary software rights, source code, and technical data. This purchase order is intended to be awarded to CMLabs USA Inc. for the Annual Maintenance and Support (AMS) agreement for the WLM and WLB simulator systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations.
