Three (3) Half Ton Trucks

The City of Camrose has issued Request for Quotations 2026-25 for the supply and delivery of three new, unused Half Ton Crew Cab trucks equipped with 6.5-foot boxes for municipal fleet operations. The required vehicles must feature a gas V-6 or I-4 engine and a minimum trailer towing capacity of 7,500 lbs. Acceptable models include the Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Ram 1500, or an equivalent approved by the City. While the base requirement is for standard configurations, the City may also consider optional features such as a V8 engine, Command Start, and spray-in box liners. All quoted rates must be all-inclusive, covering labor, materials, freight, carriage, insurance, and all costs associated with delivery and pre-delivery inspections. The procurement process follows a three-stage evaluation consisting of a review of mandatory submission requirements, a mandatory technical evaluation, and a pricing review. Respondents must submit their quotations electronically through the designated bidding system, and any multiple quotes from a single vendor must be submitted as separate entries to ensure independent evaluation. Following an initial deadline, Addendum #2 extended the submission period, establishing a final deadline of September 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The contract term remains in effect until the successful completion of all deliverables. This solicitation is subject to NWPTA/CFTA trade agreements.
