Sealed Bids for the construction of the THROOP 2024 STREET PAVING will be received online via the PennBid Program, by THROOP BOROUGH, until 11:00am local time on JANUARY 25, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The Project consists of asphalt milling, asphalt base repairs, asphalt scratch course and wearing course overlay, asphalt curb, traffic control during construction and other related work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.) A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
