PROJECT TITLE: Sawmill Road and Others
PROJECT: This project consists of Grading, Patching, Leveling, Resurfacing and Striping on Various County Roads. Sawmill Road and others are approximately 09.641 +/- miles long.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: N/A
BID OPENING DATE: 11:00 A.M., Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the Montgomery County Commissioners Office located at 310 West Broad Street Mt Vernon, Georgia 30445
BID BOND: All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A cashiers or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond.
PERFORMANCE/ PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Bidder, if awarded this contract, will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
PAYMENT TERMS: The successful Bidder will receive monthly payments within 30 days after receipt and approval by the Owner¿s Representative of a valid invoice for those services rendered.
