The contract will be a one-time procurement. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer Tinius Olsen Testing Machine Company. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334519, the size standard is 500 Employees and the product code is 6635.
