Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Operational IT Contracting (PZIOB), located at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), OK is seeking information on interested 8(a) contractors that can meet the requirements of the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement is anticipated to be a competitive 8(a) set-aside. The purpose of this announcement is to determine the availability and capabilities of 8(a) businesses interested in performing the Tinker Helpdesk Support services. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. This announcement does not contain a bid package or solicitation, and no presentations will be scheduled. All responses shall be provided in writing via e-mail. AFSC/PZIOB is seeking responses from interested 8(a) firms with current and relevant capabilities necessary to perform the work described in this announcement and the attached draft PWS. Work will be performed at Tinker AFB, OK. Secret Facility Clearance is required for this effort. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541513- Computer Facilities Management Services, this industry compromises establishments primarily engaged in providing on-site management and operation of client's computer systems and/or data processing facilities with a Small Business Size Standard of $30.0 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7E20. The requirement is a follow-on effort. The requirement is planned as a Firm Fixed Price - C type contract with a contemplated term of one month transition period, eleven (11) month base period and six (6) 1-year option periods along with a six-month extension of service if needed. Description of Service: The Contractor performs the following high level services for TAFB end-users on the Air Force network: Computer Systems Technicians (CST) and end user computer helpdesk. The estimated volume of work per Fiscal Year (FY) is approximately 100K tickets. Typical work examples include: software installs (operating system upgrades such as Windows 10); new computer setups; email setup; data transfers from one computer to another; and new network account setups. The common user request usually requires the technician to utilize elevated (administrator) rights to resolve IT issues. The Contractor shall provide the following services to TAFB military, civilian, and contractor personnel of approximately 23,000 at locations within a twenty-mile radius of Building 3001G, 8500 Industrial Boulevard, TAFB, OK IAW the THDS PWS: The contractor shall provide both Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) services including but not limited to the following: - First Response Service Center (FRSC) Call Center - Common Access Card (CAC) Office - On-Site and On-Call Client Systems Technician (CST) - On-Site Dedicated CST Support - System Outage Notifications - Desktop Management (DTM) - CST Training and Certification - Local Area Network (LAN) Line and Port Activation Information Requested: Interested 8(a) businesses shall provide responses as follows: 1) administrative information below 2) a brief capabilities summary related to the requirements called out in this announcement and the draft PWS 3) complete/sufficient responses to government questions below.
