This notice is issued for planning purposes only. The Forest Service intends to issue a combined synopsis solicitation for maintenance of mecahnical systems in Forest Service buildings in Southeast Alaska. The successful contractor will be required to perform all mechanical and plumbing scheduled (preventive) maintenance for equipment and facilities in the locations listed in the Equipment List attached to this notice. This list is provided for planning purposes only. A combined synopsis/solicitation is anticipated to be issued the week of April 16 wtih responses due early to mid May for award NLT May 30, 2108 with services beginning July 1, 2018.
