The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide comprehensive election ballot printing, ballot packet assembly, envelope printing, mailing, and related election material services for vote-by-mail elections.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 1 year initial term, plus up to four (4) additional option years. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for sixty (60) days.
