This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport has a requirement for dry-docking and repair work for the Torpedo Weapons Retriever (TWR7). A firm fixed priced (FFP) contract will be issued for repair services with a base requirement and six (6) optional repairs. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 336611 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% small business set aside. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. The closing date of the solicitation is 29 May 2014 by 10:00 A.M. PST. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) days before the solicitation closing date.
