Town of Canmore - Request for Proposal - RFP: Downtown Public Washroom Site Works (CAP 7409)

The Town of Canmore is undertaking the Downtown Public Washroom Site Works project to support the installation of a new prefabricated public washroom facility within the downtown area. The project is intended to enhance publicly accessible amenities, support downtown use and tourism, and improve overall public health and safety. This RFP relates specifically to the site preparation and enabling works required prior to delivery and placement of the prefabricated washroom structure, as well as contractor work required after placement to complete site surfaceworks and specific building connections in coordination with the washroom vendor. The objective of this project is to deliver a fully prepared, safe, and code-compliant site that meets all applicable municipal, provincial, and utility authority requirements and supports the scheduled delivery, placement, surfaceworks, and required building connections for the prefabricated washroom unit. The Town is seeking a contractor with demonstrated experience in similar municipal infrastructure projects, strong coordination abilities, and the capacity to meet required timelines with minimal disruption to the public realm.
