Town of Peace River currently owns property at 10034 – 100 Street in Peace River, Alberta which was previously destroyed by fire. This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) seeks to attract interest in the property from external parties for the purpose of razing, removal, and redevelopment for future occupancy. To help facilitate the expeditated reconstruction of the site, the purchase price shall be set at One ($1.00) Dollar except as otherwise proposed by any Proponent. Proposals of all types will be reviewed for merit and alignment with the Town’s strategic goals. Any type of proposal can be submitted, but the preferred Proposal type is highlighted in Section 3 (Requirements) of the REOI terms of reference.
